EMINASIN 12 MONTHS: THE FIRST CRIANZA FREE

After launching EMINASIN Tempranillo, EMINASIN Verdejo and EMINASIN TEMPRANILLO + VERDEJO, Matarromera develops EMINASIN12 MONTHS, the first alcohol-free product made from an aged wine.

EMINASIN 12 months has been created with the same high technology as the other successful non alcoholic references that Matarromera began to commercialise in the last months of 2008.

EMINASIN 12 months has been developed through a system known as Spinning Cone Column (SCC). The disalcoholization was carried out through a vacuum distillation at a low temperature of a previously fermented wine in stainless steel tanks, and always at a controlled temperature. Through this deconstruction process, it minimizes the risk of loss of aromatic components in the wine.

Through a purely physical process, the wine is separated by one side getting its alcohol content, on the other side, its aromas, and finally the rest of components.
Following this procedure, it is being rebuilt, but eliminating alcohol almost in its entirety.

EMINASIN 12 months has been elaborated with 100% Tempranillo grapes from the Duero area and it has been aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

Besides its very low alcohol content (0.5%) EMINASIN 12 MONTHS has only 4.2 kcal/100 ml, so it is a suitable product for all types of audiences and situations and it is extremely healthy.

EMINASIN 12 MONTHS is a new revolution in the market, it is a new category of product developed by Matarromera Group.
