Emina Wine Interpretation Centre hosts until May 31st the exhibition "Artists… to the barrels", an exhibition that gathers the work of 15 artists who, across different disciplines, have worked through 15 barrels donated by Matarromera Group.
Participating artists in this original exhibition are: Alfredo Bikondoa, Alessia Rollo & Cinzia Giovanettoni, Pablo Angulo, Victor Martinez, Alfonso Cerdan, Alfonso Mendez, Efele Tarodo, Julio Santiago, Juanjo Parra, María Martínez Araujo, Luis Pérez Calvo, Mast, Vicente Pastor, Emilio López Galiacho and Cesar Barrio.
They have been responsible for impregnating their art in oak barrels in which some of the most emblematic wines from the Ribera del Duero have been aged in.
The exhibition, organized by Mirabilia Communication and Lucila Toledo seeks to marry the world of art and culture with wine in an excellent environment such as Emina Wine Interpretation Centre is, surrounded by vineyards in the heart of the Douro River.
At the same time, the winery hosts photography exhibition "Haikus" by Carlos Arrogante and Elisa Gonzalez Miralles, an intimate and reflective work.
Both samples can be seen at Emina Winery (Valbuena de Duero, Valladolid) until next May 31st
