Matarromera, winery at the forefront of innovation in the production of wines and non-alcoholic wines launches WIN 5.0, a fresh Verdejo, frizzante and low in alcohol, aimed to conquer the female palate. WIN 5.0 is made of 90% Verdejo and 10% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, coming from the vineyards owned by Matarromera in Rueda.
The development of this wine is made possible thanks to a special care in the process of grape preservation at low temperatures and a 5.0 percent alcohol content, that keeps the CO2 from fermentation itself. This feature keeps the fresh acidity of the Verdejo but acquires a natural sweetness that makes aromas more tropical.
